I remember my own struggle when I was building my career in the dance industry and my life in general. I pushed so hard to be seen, yet even when I landed the biggest job of my career, I still questioned whether I was worthy of it. I wish I could have told my younger self: "You deserve to be seen. You deserve to shine." Let alone how I spent years shapeshifting into what I thought society wanted me to be and let me tell you that alone crippled me at times! The moment I began my healing journey I gave myself the permission to be the real me and honestly, that raw, honest, in perfect me was the me people actually wanted to see.

Now, I’m passionate about helping women like you break free from this cycle of self-doubt. I want to ask you this if a roommate was rude and messy would you continue to let them stay with you? I hope the answer is no, because that is exactly what your inner critic is doing to you! That little voice in your head telling you aren’t good enough, I know it even sounds like the people that told you that in your childhood too! Ok so if you have been in my world a while you will hear me speak on feminine and masculine energy a lot, mainly because the burnout and overwhelm I so frequently submerged myself in was as a result of living in my masculine energy! As much as it is a spiritual concept, it transcends into all areas, especially leadership! Divine feminine leadership is about embracing the sacred power within you. It’s about trusting your intuition, leading from your heart, and achieving success without sacrificing your well-being. When you lead from this place of balance and authenticity, life becomes easier. You no longer need to overwork yourself to prove your worth. Instead, you move through life with grace and alignment. Like the Empress card in the Tarot deck!

This journey isn’t just about professional success. It’s about connecting with your inner self, building unshakable confidence, and leading in a way that feels true to your values. It’s about creating harmony in all areas of your life. When your cup is full you can then pour out into everything you do, when you are depleted everyone gets the dregs of you, especially you! You deserve to overflow!!

I’ve seen firsthand the transformation that happens when women step into this space of divine feminine leadership. One of my clients not only gained the confidence to express her emotions, but she also got a promotion. And as a result of her growth, her partner received a promotion too! That’s the ripple effect of leading with integrity and authenticity.
